Ceremony updates

We’re just about two months out and are very excited to see everyone!

A few updates about the ceremony, which weather cooperating, will be held outdoors at the amphitheatre next to the Ballroom. The ceremony will begin at 4, and will be followed by a cocktail hour inside the Ballroom from 4:30 to 5:30. Dinner starts at 6, and we’ll round out the evening with dessert, dancing, and drinks until 10PM.

We’ll be hiring at least one shuttle bus (possibly two depending on interest – be on the lookout for an email from us on that front) to get folks out to Saxapahaw. We strongly recommend you consider the shuttle, as parking around the Ballroom is limited. Right now, the plan is for the shuttle to leave the Hampton Inn in downtown Carrboro at 3PM to ensure everyone is able to arrive on time.
